A Mercedes me ID is required to access the Mercedes-Benz Fleet Pilot. This can be easily created by registering on the Mercedes-Benz website. Click on “Login” at the top right and then “Register”.
If you already have a personal Mercedes me ID, you can skip this step.
With your personal Mercedes me ID, you can now create a company profile via the Mercedes-Benz website in your user account. Log in, click on your name at the top right and select “Change profile (private/company)”. Then click on “Create company profile”.
You can then add any number of users to your company profile in the user administration and activate them for the Mercedes-Benz Fleet Pilot. Currently, only users who have the administrator role in the Mercedes-Benz account can access the Mercedes-Benz Fleet Pilot. Therefore, please select the user role "Administrator" when adding. You can also edit the roles in the user administration for existing users of your company profile. Please note that a previous verification must have taken place for all user roles.
You can now add and manage your vehicles in the company dashboard area. Please verify your company profile to add more than 20 vehicles.

User management for the Mercedes-Benz Fleet Pilot is carried out via the Mercedes-Benz website. To use our fleet portal, you need a Mercedes me ID and a Mercedes-Benz company profile. This can be used to manage vehicles and add users.
Yes, of course. Each service within the Mercedes-Benz Fleet Pilot can be activated individually at vehicle level. There is no minimum or maximum purchase per vehicle, nor is there any restriction on combinations. This allows you to enable a single service for one vehicle and all the others for another vehicle.
In general, it is possible to use the Mercedes-Benz Fleet Pilot with a vehicle that has a corresponding communication module. Our product can be used for various Mercedes-Benz cars and vans. The availability of the data depends on the compatibility of the vehicle and should be checked individually. We will be happy to carry out a compatibility check for you.
Yes, there is. The Mercedes-Benz Fleet Pilot services can be used free of charge from registration in the Mercedes-Benz Fleet Pilot until the end of the following calendar month. Such free use is currently even possible until 31.12.2024. Please note that free use of a service is only possible if you book it in the store area under the conditions displayed there.
Up to and including 12/31/2024, the services of Mercedes-Benz Fleet Pilot will be available to customers free of charge. After that, the prices stated in the shop per service apply.
The billing of the services is always from the date of purchase until the end of a month. For example, if you purchase a service on 03/14 and cancel it a few days later on 03/21, the billing and benefit period will span from 03/14 to 03/31.
No, there is no minimum contract period. The services can be canceled on a monthly basis, so you can remain flexible and customize the services as needed.
The Mercedes-Benz Fleet Pilot can currently be used in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy and the United Kingdom (as of 10/2024). Further markets are gradually being added or are about to be launched. Please contact us to check the availability in your market.
With two different security levels, we ensure the availability, integrity and confidentiality of the data, as well as all systems involved.
Security level 1: The vehicle's integrated communication module is equipped with a crash-proof embedded SIM card. This means that vehicle data such as mileage and service intervals are transmitted to the vehicle backend via the mobile network. The data is transmitted via an encrypted channel.
Security level 2: Frontends communicate with the backend via an encrypted channel. Data transmission is also encrypted.
